You can reach Cefalù in 40 minutes, Palermo in one hour drive, Catania and the Etna region are a little further, Siracuse or Trapani can be reached in two hours, Piazza Armerina in one hour and a half.

Staying in the Madonie region, the Villa Romana del Casale is a fantastic day out where you can admire superb mosaics. If you are fond of trekking and mountains, you are in the right place: we are at 700 metres of altitude, and in a very short time you can access several footpaths suitable for every ability. You will be able to view the abies nebrodensis (the only specimens of it in the world) and you can select the walks most interesting for you.

Don't miss a tour through the medieval and picturesque towns of Polizzi Generosa (notable the former Jesuits monastery, the Archaeological museum, the mother church and the naturalistic museum, Petralia Sottana and Soprana, Gangi (its must see includes Capuchins monastery, cylindrical tower, Ventimiglia tower, Sgadari building, Santa Maria Maggiore church, Santa Maria della Porta, Benedictine monastery), Geraci Siculo, Sperlinga. It's worth the drive ! If you like adventure parks, you can experience one in Contrada Gorgo Nero close to Petralia, only 20 minute drive from us.
